At SecurePay Solutions, we provide web-based digital services that are often delivered immediately or begin processing soon after payment. Due to the nature of these services, all cancellation requests are subject to approval and not guaranteed.

• Cancellations are only allowed upon written request and with prior approval from our team.
• Since many of our services (e.g., consultations, document preparation, web access, or email-based delivery) are processed instantly, the possibility of cancellation is limited.
• Once a service is delivered or initiated, cancellation is typically not permitted.
   

• A cancellation request must be raised within 2 hours of payment, and only if the service has not been initiated.
• After this period, or once work begins, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
